Helping People Live as Their Most Authentic Self

SacredWaters is a community wellness center founded on the Organic System principles developed by Virginia Satir and shared with us by Larry Thompson.  Our flagship location in Long Island City, NY closed in December 2020 after five beautiful years learning and growing together. 


We have since been focusing on retreats, namely at our beautiful sister property near Conifer, Colorado. If you'd like a custom curated retreat for your group (at our location or yours!) please let us know. 

We also offer women's mentorship programs and Satir sessions for individuals, families, teams, or other groups and systems. 

Life is not what it's supposed to be. It is what it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.
